For organizations serving older adults

More room for everyday conversation.

Begin with a small, no-cost pilot of Roslein, an AI phone companion for older adults who would welcome additional conversation.

For aging-services organizations, community programs, and senior living communities. Built to supplement human connection, including existing staff and volunteer calls.

Start with a conversation. No participant information is needed to inquire.

A practical starting point

Explore the fit, then start small.

The aim is to learn whether participants enjoy the calls, find them easy to use, and want to continue. We also review reliability and the work involved for your team.

  1. Discuss your program

Talk with Jun about the people you serve and how optional conversation might fit alongside your existing services. You can try the phone demo first.

  2. Agree on a pilot plan

Set the duration, participant count, call frequency, staff responsibilities, and privacy arrangements. Confirm what the no-cost starting stage covers before anyone joins.

  3. Listen and review

Gather participant feedback and review the experience together. Any later stage or continuation and its costs require a separate agreement.

Clear responsibilities

Know what each team would do.

This is the proposed starting arrangement. We agree on responsibilities and staff time before the pilot begins.

We provide

Ience

We run the phone service and support your pilot from setup through review.

  • Set up the agreed pilot stage and schedule.
  • Explain Roslein, its limits, and the participation process.
  • Coordinate calls, schedule changes, and pause or stop requests.
  • Handle technical questions and resolve call issues.
  • Provide agreed aggregate reports and review feedback with your designated contact.

Your team

Your organization

Your organization designates a coordinator and helps participants understand the pilot.

Later-stage admin tool: authorized staff may manage enrollment and schedules and view limited operational status.

  • Identify people who may welcome optional AI conversation.
  • Help participants understand the choice, with support where needed.
  • Designate a contact for coordination and feedback.
  • Continue existing care, human contact, and safety procedures.

Staff access is limited to agreed fields and does not include call audio, transcripts, memory cues, or detailed conversation topics.

Participant choice comes first

Consent, privacy, and clear limits.

A choice at every stage

Roslein identifies itself as AI. Participants can skip a call or hang up, and contact Ience to pause or stop future calls. Calls are currently in English.

Helping with signup does not authorize someone to consent for another adult or receive reports. Any individual sharing requires the participant's agreement and can be withdrawn.

Agree on information handling

The service keeps contact, consent, preferences, and call activity, and may keep brief memory cues. Organization reports are aggregate and operational unless a separate participant-authorized arrangement is agreed.

Before enrollment, the pilot plan should specify what is retained, for how long, who can access it, and how to request deletion. Discuss these arrangements with Ience before sharing participant details.

Roslein is for conversation, not care, monitoring, or emergency response. A missed, unanswered, interrupted, or completed call is not a safety signal. Existing safety and follow-up procedures remain with your organization.
